A study in repetition: introduction

I went to Panjiayuan (local name), the Dirt Market (name alien’s, such as myself, have given this gorgeous place) with a friend of mine and was struck, again, by the beauty of the multitudinous things collected there.

Because there were so many things to see, so many things repeated without ever seeming to actually repeat, I took many pictures on my trusty phone camera.  I will post the collections separately though all are part of the study in repetition.
